If someone asked you what you do daily to take care of yourself what would you answer? Maybe you’re doing a lot of good - you’re working out, you’re studying trends in your industry, you’re eating well, scheduling date nights. All these things can positively impact your mood, thoughts, and mental health. But what action are you taking for your mental and emotional health directly, and not just a side effect or nice extra?
