7: James Bulger: Little Boy Lost, Part 1

from True Crime Exposed · host Kayla Waters

James Bulger was only 2 years old when he is lured away from his mom inside of a busy shopping centre. Within minutes of taking her eyes off of him to pay for her items, he was gone. She is immediately frantic and a search quickly ensues, but the shopping centre comes to closing time with no James in sight. CCTV footage is recovered, showing James walking away with two very young boys.  It's a moment of relief before it's revealed that evil comes in all shapes and sizes. The outcome of this tragedy shocked all of Britain and a battle over how to navigate the punishment of young children goes on for years.
