Lesley Robinson is the founding director of the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KS WELI) at The University of Texas at Austin, where she empowers students - especially women - to find the best path to their own destination. She supports curricular and co-curricular efforts to equip, build community, and empower the next generation of courageous and creative women leaders who will change the world - in business and beyond. Lesley created and teaches the Entrepreneurial LeadHERship course at UT, guiding student leaders on a journey to discover their personal values, strengths, and authentic leadership style through a gender-informed perspective.
