Welcome to another 7 Minute Book Review Wednesdays from the Resist Average Academy!

Starting twice a month, we will be featuring a Book review on Wednesdays where we'll deep dive and extract the biggest lessons from some of the top books in the game.

Additionally, I'll be sharing my rating of the book (1-10) as well as 3 big lessons and one big practical action step I've taken (and you can as well) with the new material.

We'll start out with recent books I've gone deep into, and then start to explore some of my essential texts of all time.

For today's episode, I review one of the most impactful essays I have ever read, Self-Reliance by Ralph Waldo Emerson. This is required reading in all of my programs, mentoring and mastermind sessions, and for great reason. You can not read this and not be inspired from within and strike a deep chord inside of you.
