Grâce à l'IA comme outil de développement, ils ont rattrapé 6 mois de retard en seulement 3 mois et sorti officiellement le channel manager en avril 2025.Le sujet de fond — la bombe juridique : En 2025, des tribunaux (Tours, Marseille) ont condamné des conciergeries à rembourser leurs propriétaires. Pourquoi ? Parce que le juge ne s'est pas arrêté au contrat.
