In today’s episode, we were joined by Elizabeth Sandler, the Founder and CEO of Echo Juliette and a former Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, to discuss mentorship with a focus on helping people chart their path in finance. Prior to founding her consultancy, Elizabeth served as a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group and Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies business from September 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, she was at Deutsche Bank for 15 years as an MD and division COO as well. Elizabeth is a dynamo and we think you’ll love hearing from her.
