7. Resistance

We are fresh off of a camping trip with friends, with a new perspective on life! Refreshed. Rejuvenated. Reinvigorated. During our conversation today, we lean into what resistance really is, and how it feels to actually go towards the growth edges in our lives. Resistance is often a sign of expansion.
