Let me be clear - I don’t think Ted Haggard is a bad guy and it isn’t the hypocritical homophobia he preached or the meth habit that is his deadliest sin - it is the self loathing slothful crawl from grace that lasted years. Which, produced a  documentary & 3 books that sold because of our addiction to gossip, and our modern day-colosseum-like approach to building someone up, only to tear them down.
