7 - Suzanne Nagel

I had the privilege of sitting with the brilliant and powerful Suzanne Nagel this week. She is a businesswoman in Pittsburgh who built and owns my favorite yoga studios in town @OmLoungeYoga We discussed the history of yoga in America, yoga retreats and how studios make their money, the pandemic policy in Pgh for business owners, the longterm consequences of masking, antisemitism and much more. I highly recommend you go take a class with her or one of her phenomenal teachers if you are local to the Western PA area.
