On August 1, 2021, I moved into my new apartment in Philadelphia. I had just graduated college a few months ago, broke up with my long term boyfriend even more recently than that, and was also healing from years of endless trauma. I was terrified of whether or not I would be strong enough for this next chapter. What if moving away from the only life I'd ever known only made things worse? On June 9, 2022, I finished the journal I started the day I moved into my new life. This episode is me reading from that journal.
