7. Valkyries x Existential Kink

In this episode of House of Valkyries, Carly Raemer and Violet Vang dive deep into the transformative practice of Existential Kink (EK) and its pivotal role in the Valkyries program. Carly shares how EK, a shadow integration modality created by Carolyn Lovewell, helps women fully approve of all aspects of themselves, especially the darker, hidden parts we often reject. Through the lens of EK, Carly and Violet explore how embracing even the most taboo desires and shadowy parts of ourselves can lead to profound transformation, healing, and empowerment. The discussion highlights how Valkyries, a six-month program, integrates EK as a core element, guiding women through a journey of embodiment, energetic shifts, and soul alignment. Carly opens up about her own journey with EK, how it transformed her life, and why it’s crucial to navigate the phases of destruction, emptiness, and rebirth with full approval. Valkyries is a space for ambitious women to learn how to embrace their shadow, cultivate trust in the unknown, and embody their next level of soul-aligned living. Tune in to learn how EK can help you break free from societal conditioning and reclaim your true power. register for Take Me to CHVRCH Masterclass join Valkyries
