Email marketing for artists can be so very overwhelming! While social media has done wonderful things for artists...goodness they are almost a modern version of galleries...telling our stories, explaining our process and the meaning behind our work...BUT. And that is a very big BUT...for we don’t own the social media platforms and if they shut down tomorrow we’d not be able to continue those connections. Sending regular emails is the perfect way to continue to connect with our collectors and those who want to learn more about our work. We need a list. But where to start and how to continue to grow this list?
