70. Alex Snodgrass: The Defined Dish

from How'd She Do That? · host Emily Landers

On today's episode of How'd She Do That?, host Emily Landers welcomes Alex Snodgrass onto the podcast! Alex is the founder of The Defined Dish, a blog of simple and healthy recipes online, as well as the New York Times best selling cookbook, The Defined Dish: Whole30 Endorsed, Healthy and Wholesome Weeknight Recipes. After completing the process of her first Whole30, Alex was inspired to start sharing how eating healthy had changed her life for the better. Alex soon recognized her love for sharing food with others and her blog began to grow organically. By teaching herself how to cook, capture, and share these deliciously defined dishes she has been able to create the recipes that we all know and love. In this episode, Alex shares how she found her passion, the process of creating a cookbook, how to discern when to pivot, and the importance of slowing down to enjoy a meal with the people you love. We enjoyed every moment with Alex, and we know that you will too! Support this podcast at https://anchor.fm/howdshedothat/support.
