While there, she received an honor for her footage of Hurricane Sandy on CNN and NY1's "New Yorker of the Week." She moved to West Texas in 2013 and began her journey as a reporter with CBS. She has anchored the morning news for NBC 10 and has been a nighttime reporter for CW33. In this episode, we talk about Sarah's journey and some of her greatest influencers. We discuss Hurricane Sandy, marathons, cheese, and her show, "The Strackhouse." Sarah is currently a digital correspondent for Real News Communications Network and loves telling people's stories. As she puts it, "that's the reason I fell in love with news, to begin with." Welcome to episode 70.
