Her body was discovered in the Jordan River, and it was determined that she had been brutally beaten to death. The investigation revealed that she had been attacked with a shovel after falsely claiming to be pregnant, and a note in her diary led detectives on a hunt to find a person who went by LJ who they presumed could be responsible for her death.
