Dr. Anthony Gustin is a former chiropractor turned entrepreneur turned farmer. He practiced in the world of sports medicine and performance for years, working with high-profile athletes. He eventually turned his attention to the world of nutrition as he noticed most of his elite-level athletes struggled to maintain a healthy diet. Dr. Gustin ultimately built two companies - Perfect Keto and Equip Foods - to build bridges from poor dietary habits to a life of better nutrition. Since then has transitioned his focus on building a better food system, emphasizing the importance of localized, real food production, and a move away from the current mono-crop agricultural practices. He is now getting his hands dirty building a small farm operation in Texas.
