Dr. Fromberg explains how Fascia, a word often used by bodyworkers, is the fibrous map that exists throughout body that connects or holds together and communicates to all organs, which is used to address subtle problems of the body that can lead to serious illness. How important practices like Visceral Manipulation, a form of massage can diagnose such problems in the body, where a pain in the foot may actually be coming from another part of the body, and teaches you to address that instead to resolve the issue. These are techniques modern practitioners have learned from indigenous people known ass bonesetters. She speaks about the many problems bioidentical hormones resolve, which come from plants; how testing hormones by blood is the most accurate; how bioidentical hormones application can have some side benefits like reducing belly fat; and address many other issues without the side effects.
