70. Jacob at the Temple, a Warning
from :20 Minute Scriptorian Hosted by Lori L. Denning
The prophet Jacob continues with his sermons. First, we hear of two issues that cause serious concern in the Nephite civilization: pride from wealth, and "whoredoms." Not the most cheerful sermon, but I love that God looks out for his children. He cares for each of us, no matter our political nor economic status. From all of the society, women and the "poor" He is aware of us and has strong words for those who afflict His gentle ones.
