Once homeless and sex-trafficked, Charles not only overcame those horrific events, she has dedicated her life to empowering women that have experienced similar trauma through her platform titled "Women Are Worthy." "Women Are Worthy" is a multi-media company born out of her desire to be a remedy and cornerstone of support for what women going through, who have gone through, or are coming out of adverse situations. Charles, an in demanded public speaker and host of the "Women Are Worthy Show, uses her streaming platform to effectively develop sisterhood by connecting women, bridging gaps, and creating the framework that will spark significant dialogue among women and between women. Charles has been married for 30+ years, which gives her insight into how to cultivate healthy relationships. In addition to her advocacy and ambassadorship for women's mental and emotional health, Charles also emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle through plant-based living.
