70 [PEP TALK]: How can we grow our confidence?!

You asked, I deliver! :) Today's episode is a much asked for pep talk style episode about CONFIDENCE! The crazy thing about confidence is that we have to choose to build it by TAKING ACTION! There's no way around it for any of us. Even if we're scared, don't feel ready, aren't qualified, etc., the thing is that we won't feel that way forever. Because a natural byproduct of taking action is confidence because we're gaining experience & getting better as we go. I get it, friend-- it's scary to put ourselves out there, but... the version of us 6 months from now who oozes confidence will be grateful we started scared! <3 (Connect: @dr.meggymarie).
