70: Third Eye Chakra Trauma

As we start to really get into the upper chakras, the trauma becomes very intellectual and more about what we see and how we process it. Third Eye Chakra Trauma can happen any time, but particularly in adolescence. If you ever have trouble trusting your own eyes or doubt yourself, this may be a place of injury for you.
