One delusion is see in the current internet business climate is the idea one needs to make big moves to get ahead. Early on (sub $100k/mo), it’s seldom about the big decisions you make. Sure, it’s about who you hire and your niche etc, but it’s mostly about the micro decisions you make every day that really drive the needle forward in your company.When I started my first business, I was under the impression it would only succeed and work if I made big moves and game-theory style strategic decisions.
