7000 Plan of God Pt 4 ~ Is 1,000 years equal to one day?

from Hebraic Heritage Radio Podcasts · host Eddie Chumney

In this teaching segment, we look at another biblical chronology called the Ussher chronology or biblical timeline. James Usher lived 1581 to to 1656. He became a professor of theology in Dublin in 1621. In 1654, Usher published a book entitled, “Annals of the World”. It is a historical chronology from the ancient world until AD 70. In this book, he calculated the date of creation to be 4004 BC. 4004 BC became the canonical date of creation when it was printed as a margin in all editions of the King James Bible after 1701. Ussher calculated from the creation of the world to the birth of Yeshua was 4,000 years. We do a summary comparison of: Eddie’s Chronology Eddie’s Chronology plus Jubilees Seder Olam Chronology from Judaism Seder Olam to the 1st Temple James Usher Chronology We see in this summary comparison, that each one of the chronologies gives us a count of from Adam to Yeshua of approximately 4,000 years. Why have been looking at this in such detail? To verify, validate and find facts to this biblical principle: that each day in the seven days of creation represents 1,000 years of time, as it is written: But beloved be not ignorant of this one thing that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3:8 For more Eddie Chumney teachings and beautiful worship music, visit us at our internet streaming radio station www.hebrootsradio.com.
