7000 Plan of God Pt 5 ~ Examples in the bible that prophetically foreshadow the 7,000 year plan

In this teaching segment, we will be looking at examples in the bible that prophetically foreshadow 7,000 years of time and 6,000 years of the present era, which is associated with the first 6 days of creation when man is to work, and then on the 7th day, he is to rest, representing the final 1,000 years. We begin with Genesis 7:11: In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. Noah, being 600 years of age when the flood came, is a prophecy, that after 6,000 years of this present era, as we start the seventh day, the Day of the LORD. This is when the God of Israel will bring judgment upon the nations. We also look at the example of Lazarus, who is a prophetic picture of Israel. Lazarus means “when God helps”. The one who God helps and who He is in partnership is with the nation of Israel. We read in John 11: 1, 6, 39, that Lazarus is resurrected after SIX DAYS, which prophetically foreshadows the 6,000 years of this present era.
