This special episode features testimony by Word&Way Editor & President Brian Kaylor before the Missouri Senate's Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee. The hearing featured debate over a proposed bill to ban anonymity in lawsuits involving the Establishment Clause. This episode also features updates on bills encouraging "Bible literacy" courses in public schools (that was previously explored in episode 55 and episode 68), and legislation mandating public schools post "In God We Trust" (that was previously explored in episode 68).
