Dustin Burnham Founder and Co-Host of the Present Fathers Podcast joins us and shares his heart on cultivating a healthy leadrship mentality. More on Dustin: Dustin is a native 'Florida Man' and lives on the Space Coast, watching rockets launch with his wife Kim and son Lucas. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and got to watch the greatest basketball team on the planet win the national championship the year he graduated. He graduated with highest honors with a Masters of Anesthesia from Nova Southeastern University, and teaches and practices anesthesia for the world's top ranked hospital. the Cleveland Clinic.. In his former life, he was a Crossfit and NASM certified personal trainer, a professional tennis player, and he built a six-figure business before transitioning to medicine. Dustin met his wife Kim twelve years ago when she taught him an advanced jump rope technique, and she's been teaching him exciting new things ever since. Dustin is the only child of a single mom, so being a present father for his son and a great husband to his wife are his top priorities. Without a father figure, Dustin struggled with identity and understanding what it means to be a man as a young adult: he has worked through the challenges that children of single mothers face and wants to give children without a dad the tools to succeed in a world that can be cruel to them.
