71 - From A Business Plan on A Menu to Opening Their Third Location with Jason Laricchia of The Birthday Suit

After Jason's wife Stacey was let go from a job because she didn't agree with how the owners were running their business, they sat in a sushi restaurant wondering what was next.  Stacey knew she could create a better business, and so she and Jason started planning out their business on the back of the menu.   In just a few short years, having a family atmosphere as their #1 goal, they're about to open their third location in Las Vegas.   Jason talks how they started, lessons learned, and how they plan on scale the business.
