This week I’m in conversation with Claire Cole, who runs The Centre in Guernsey, where she and her horses hold deeply intuitive shamanic healing sessions. In her work the horses are not simply present... they are active participants in the process, sensing energy, responding to what is unspoken, and helping guide people gently back towards themselves. There is something profoundly moving about watching these huge, sensitive creatures mirror what is happening inside us.It feels like an apt way to open this new season... especially in the year of the fire horse. Claire herself carries that same quiet strength.
