In part 2, we begin during Karen's formative years in music. She recounts first learning advice that she still lives by as well as common habits that work against the wellbeing of a vocalist. Touring poses a particular challenge because everything is accessible; both good and bad. We discuss a moment on the road that defined her decision to pursue becoming a contestant in season twenty-five of The Voice.
