Today’s guest is the Executive Director of Freedom and Fashion. Using the arts of fashion and beauty, they empower youth and women overcoming sex trafficking, domestic violence and other injustices. Laverne Delgado opened up about her own past trauma which she funneled and used as a driving force through her spiritual practice to make a difference and give back to those who went through similar experiences. She took something that was terrible and used it as a vessel to create beauty and positivity in the world.
