Dr. Ilene Cohen joins Yo to discuss her book When It’s Never About You, The People-Pleaser’s Guide to Reclaiming Your Health, Happiness, and Personal Freedom.   Dr. Ilene, as she likes to be called, is also the author of the book we discussed in Ep 61 about Forgiveness.
