On this episode I have a conversation with Pastor Marsha D. Carter the founder of the Beyond the Dance Network. A nonprofit organization that provides services to underserved women and children in the urban community. In addition to providing leadership and life coaching skills, Marsha partners with local organizations to help women get the resources they necessary to obtain jobs, housing, addiction services and much more. The organization also provides clothing and household items that the women may need who are getting back on their feet. The Beyond the Dance Network is doing great work in the Twin Cities.
