714-Love: Happy June! Happy Pride! Happy Melissa's Birthday Month!

Happy Tuesday Loves! I Love this time of year. After taking time for so much death and grief over the last few years, I'm eager to have a real and true birthday month. Recently I traveled a bit and had a few obstacles to posting and I'm so happy to be back and in the swing of things. I repeated the Self-Love meditation that we practiced in our Restorative Yoga pop-up last night.
