Happy Saturday Loves! I have a last few thoughts about Community Love to share with you and then we're moving into our first meditation around Platonic Love. Take some time to breath into the people in your live that share their lovingkindness, care and compassion with you, to those that you share yours and the beautiful friendships where it moves easily between you and another. Find a relaxing spot and close your eyes as you listen. THEN join me at ECM at KU in Lawrence, KS starting Tuesday, June 30th for Community Yoga. We're going to STREEEETCH, gently flow and practice a few restorative poses. Bring your own mat and any props you may want. Right after, at 11:30 we're creating more community with free coffee and pastries. It is the manifestation of focusing on Community Live the last few weeks. I love you! Melissa 💚💚💚
