In this episode, we dive into the fear of starting anything. There is a fear of the unknown, the what if's, the fear of mistakes, of judgements, of what if I screw up, etc. What if you can paint your new story to be even better than your current one? We either feed the fear/doubts or feed our faith, we decide what we choose to feed. 2) New situations and new experiences create a ton of unknowns, which also feed our fear of failure and the unknown. When those fears arise we end up procrastinating, being in a space of freeze, fight, flight or fawn. This is how we shift this energy to focus on what we are creating and feeding the trust and belief in ourselves.
