(72) Conan the Barbarian: Sonja Steals the Show

This week Scott and I head back to the very beginning with Conan the Barbarian #1 from 1970, written by Roy Thomas with art by Barry Windsor Smith, before jumping ahead to issues #23 and #24 from 1973, where Conan crosses paths with a certain red haired warrior for the very first time. We spend some time talking about how much Windsor Smith's art transformed between that first issue and this later run, and it's honestly wild to see the difference.
