#72 Goodbye Cheston, Chicago Marathon Last Thoughts

On this episode, the boyz announce Cheston’s departure from the pod. Cheston explains best on the episode, but he has so much going on in life right now and wants to maximize his time with his family! We will obviously still continue training with Cheston, but he will be greatly missed on the pod. Don’t worry - we will still get Cheston on periodically and the pod will move forward with Danny, Scotty and Chris! Sooooo…. this little thing called the Chicago Marathon is next weekend. ALL THE BOYZ are running! We are so pumped. Listen as we all break down our final thoughts and plans going into Chicago Marathon 2024. Enjoy!
