72 | How Avoiding Artificial Light At Night Helps Sleep & Self-Care | Circadian Savvy CEO Heidi Sime

from Moms in Neurodiverse Families | Autistic Spectrum, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Parenting, ASD, Neurodivergent · host Christina Marie | I Help Moms Prioritize Self-Care To Thrive, Self-Care Coach

Back in season 1, Episode 45 I shared being on the struggle bus with my sleep for YEARS. I began using night-time blue blocking glasses but it wasnt until I listend to Thaddeus Owens that I had an operating guide for my whole day for better sleep. My previous glasses, my husband said made me look like a Miami Vice Drug Queen so I went on the search for feminine, attractive glasses. When I saw Heidi Sime's (Thaddeus wife) circadian glasses, I was hooked. I purchased these on my own and have used them almost every evening, including when I am out in public. In this episode, Heidi and I will chat about her journey on improving her physical and mental health along with her passion to help women to have better sleep. And a big thank you to Heidi and Thaddeus, use code CHRISTNA10 for 10% off their gorgeous and functional circadian glasses.   My Guest: Heidi Sime Heidi Sime is the co founder and CEO of DreamWalkerz, a circadian wellness brand helping women restore sleep, energy, and overall well being through light based solutions.
