#72 ITS FOOTBALL DAY - Heartbreak for the Harriers, Bombshell from Boreham Wood and the Prem delivered goals

Welcome to ITS FOOTBALL DAY, a podcast where two lads give their unfiltered opinions on the game of football. FA Cup 4th round, almost as good as the 3rd as we saw giant killings in the form of Forest beating the holders Leicester, Boro defeating a strong United eleven and non-league Boreham Wood scraping past championship opposition Bournemouth. The story of it all however, was the heartbreak in Kidderminster as a 90th minute equaliser and 120th minute winner saw West Ham progress to the 5th round but what a performance from the 6th tier team. Senegal were victorious as Mane beat Salah in the AFCON final, not the most thrilling watch but the narrative is always present as Mane missed a penalty in the first 10 minutes but then scores the winning penalty in the shootout. Redemption.Finally, the PL returned after its winter break and it delivered. Players are well rested and we saw goals, goals and more goals.
