You don’t need to load your life up and overwhelm yourself to get better at multitasking. The more you align and discipline yourself in the way that you want, the more expansive your capacity to get things done becomes. Doing so can be difficult — it can be hard, and stressful, and overwhelming — but you can hold so much more on the other side.
