#721 - Rob Burnett

The Rob Burnett Interview is featured on The Paul Leslie Hour.

Hey, folks! Thanks for tuning in and dropping in on… The Paul Leslie Hour. David Letterman and his company Worldwide Pants are household names. Dave has been in the news lately because his show on Netflix, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction is debuting the fourth season on May 20, 2022.

Some years ago, Paul had a chance to speak with Rob Burnett of Worldwide Pants, Incorporated. Rob Burnett is a man who has worn a lot of hats, or as we say in this interview, has a lot of titles, but what you’ll find is a man who seems to really enjoy his work…whatever it may be. Many people know Rob Burnett as a producer or the President & CEO of Worldwide Pants, the company owned by enduring talk show host David Letterman.

In this talk, Rob talked with Paul about his project We Made This Movie. We Made This Movie is about five high school seniors who create what they believe will be a blockbuster movie. Perhaps they are overestimating their own importance, but they decide to film every single “behind-the-scenes” moment. This is where the real magic is, and we hope you not only take a moment to listen to Mr. Burnett talking about the film, but also will watch it for yourself!

The Paul McGregor Podcast Paul McGregor On the 4th March 2009, my life changed forever. My Dad, the man I looked up too, the man who in my eyes had 'everything' on paper took his own life. After it happened I struggled to deal with the grief, I buried the pain and found myself asking the question 'why' over and over again. I too then found myself struggling with depression and anxiety. This Podcast is all about documenting not only my own personal journey to discovering more about mental health and suicide, but to also document other stories too. It's time to talk about mental health, it's time to give it the voice it deserves and hopefully this Podcast can provide that. Hopefully this Podcast helps show others that they're not alone...Paul McGregor is an author, lecturer, a mental health advocate, husband, Father of 2 and avid Liverpool supporter. He shares daily content, giving mental health a voice across multiple social platforms and through speaking and workshops across the UK.<p style='color:grey; THE PAUL HALME AUDIO ADVENTURE Paul Halme Business, Fitness and Fun! The Paul Salamone Podcast Paul Salamone Berlin-based comedian Paul Salamone rants about pop culture, local geography, and books he's reading while playing cheap electronic music live on a synthesizer. Hear old road stories and laugh at Paul's attempts at self-improvement, foreign language mastery and financial freedom... all of it back by occasional techno jams, weird reggaeton and chiptune stupidity.
