73. How better feedback can make all the difference

How better feedback can make all the difference I want to talk about the importance of feedback.   This is the thing with feedback - if done well it can be a great tool to support growth - if done badly it can really hold women back.  I talk about both of these things today and also not forgetting that feedback shouldn't be the only thing we rely on to grow and move forward and I will share some ways you can do this for yourself too!
