#73 - Lacking motivation *again*

Lacking motivation? This time of year got us feeling some type of way… Whether we’re beating ourselves over all the things we didn’t do this year, or brimming with hope for a fresh start that’s right around the corner, you’re not alone in feeling either or BOTH feelings at the same time. In this episode, we explore the complex relationship between mental health and motivation, hitting out limits, and how our our relationship with productivity has shifted over the years. Whether you're going through a temporary dip or a longer season of feeling unmotivated, remember that it's okay to not be okay, we’re all in this together, and that better days are ahead 🌤️🥹 🫶 We’re sending you all the biggest, warmest, cuddliest hug ~ p.s. we lost our mic's audio after recording so we apologize for the wonky audio quality on this episode!
