#73 Luke Martin

In this episode, I sit down with Luke Martin from Sydney West Martial Arts academy. Sydney West Martial Arts is one of the best BJJ schools in Sydney / Australia at the moment, having recently had 2 of their team members qualify for ADCC 2022 and compete in the olympics of no-gi grappling. Luke is a very direct and to the point style of guy and I think that that ability to articulate to the point is a part of what makes him an excellent Jiu Jitsu coach. We went through a lot in this conversation and I apologise to all you listeners that I had to cut it short so I could fulfill my daddy day care obligations, however I hope you enjoy the topics of our conversation accordingly.
