Before joining Ecolab, Douglas spent almost three years with Avon, five years in the Pharma business at Akzo Nobel, and 14 years at Procter & Gamble in Brazil, Panamá, and Colombia, managing manufacturing, logistics, procurement, innovation. Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Douglas holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and biochemistry, a post-graduate diploma in operations, an MBA in business administration and management, and a masters degree in logistics.
