73. Stop Working Please

Hey! So glad to have you hear with me for another week and another episode. Hope you've been doing great, and have been enjoying Spring where you're at! This week I dive into working and how we need to really set limits, boundaries, and hard habits when it comes to it. How we need to realize that we are more than just work itself, and that there is so much more to life besides just working and your work. Hear my own personal story of when I was at my busiest, and the tips I share on how to set these limits and boundaries for yourself and your employers.
