Monika Portman is the Senior Director of Product Management at Cox Automotive, a software company in the automotive industry, and co-owner of a restaurant. She has spent almost 25 years in product, sales and strategy. Monika has had great success as a change agent and is an energetic people leader adept in devising marketing and product strategies, articulating direction and leading teams in driving business objectives. She has extensive experience with blue chip and mid-tier companies, including Black & Decker, Big Box Retail, and Boart Longyear. Monika has a passion for building things, learning, and solving problems. This curiosity has led her to take on challenges that help her grow as an individual. Monika sits on a board of a private high school and the school's parent music association. She also dedicates her time to mentoring team members and co-chairing an inclusion & diversity initiative at Cox Automotive.
