Here we are, celebrating our co-host Devon's birthday... without him? This week, per Devon's request, we watched "The Mitchells vs the Machines", but sadly had to record without him. In this animated film from 2021, a quirky, dysfunctional family's road trip is upended when they find themselves in the middle of the robot apocalypse and suddenly become humanity's unlikeliest last hope. This film is indeed very quirky, but also injects a lot of laughs, love, and tears into it with it's themes of family and mayhem all combined into one. How many times did Brandon cry watching this film? What year will Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson run for President? And how can you beat someone in court after you hit them over the head with a hammer?
