Bryan Blount Digital disruption represents a game changer, and I feel that technology skills alone will not produce effective CIOs. Financial acumen, good understanding of business strategy, and strong leadership capabilities are essential attributes for a CIO. I believe that technology (in all its many facets) should enable business strategy and enhance business outcomes.
