Gaynor was one of the first clinical psychologists to focus on mental wellbeing and how it affected productivity, both in our private and work lives. Her vision is to contribute to positive and genuine, systematic changes within the foundation of work places and the individuals within them. She is an author, frequent column and article writer, and was a long-serving lecturer of Clinical Psychology at Victoria University in Wellington NZ. Her commitment is to provide the best people, tools and knowledge to improve both wellbeing and performance in the workplace. As a business founder she advocates for, and seeks to, craft innovative tools & programs that lift productivity and create better workplaces.
